Research Audiopearls

As a follow up to the annual Clinical Research and Mentorship Grants awarded by the AARS, we are proud to introduce a new educational series called Research Audiopearls.  In these audiofiles,  the past award recipients are selected to discuss their research results and review the impact their study has had in their career since being awarded the grant.  

Melanie Dispenza, MD - Study Title: Modulation of the Immune System by Isotretinoin in Acne Patients

Dr. Dispenza was a recipient of the 2010 AARS Clinical Research Grant.  Her study was completed under the sponsorship of Dr. Diane Thiboutot, MD, at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania.  Listen as Dr. Dispenza highlights how her study was performed and the impact it left on her personally and professionally.
